IAG Acquires Digital Mosaic PDF Print E-mail

IBM Buys Telelogic PDF Print E-mail

Armonk, N.Y. and Malmö, Sweden, June 11, 2007. IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced a cash tender offer of about $745 million to acquire all outstanding shares of Swedish application life-cycle management software maker Telelogic.  Upon acquisition close, Telelogic will become part of the Rational Software division of IBM, and its Application Lifecycle Management software including DOORS and System Architect will be managed and serviced as part of Rational Software Development suite of products.
