Our approach is to initially meet with our clients to discuss the role of their BA and its organizational context.  Once we clearly understand the objectives, structure, processes, major challenges, opportunities, and specific resourcing needs and rationale, Metapoint is then positioned to advise and guide on recommendation from our broad knowledge of how other organizations achieve results.  From there, we examine our extensive database and network to identify candidates who match the agreed criteria.  Metapoint senior management also meets with all of its major clients on a quarterly basis to achieve the above results, and also ensure that the current and ongoing needs are being fulfilled.
